TOTOSHA franchise formats

The TOTOSHA franchise offers three main areas of cooperation — kindergarten, school, and development center — each of which has different scales, investment levels, and projected profitability potential. All formats are designed to match the investor’s various resources, available space, and strategic goals of the future partner.

  1. TOTOSHA Kindergarten

The private kindergarten format is available in four sizes, from compact S to large XL. Each includes a full educational and childcare program, group rooms, play areas, a staff of 9 to 35 people, and full launch support. The kindergarten provides education and care for 40–158 children, depending on the format, and provides the entrepreneur with a projected net income in the range of $4,000–$15,000 per month at full capacity.

  • Investments start from $40,000 to $80,000.
  • Area — from 200 to 1,000 m².
  • Payback period — 1.5–3 years.
  • The lump sum payment for kindergarten formats ranges from $7,800 to $16,000.
  • Royalties are 2% in the first year and 5% thereafter.
  1. High Minds School TOTOSHA (school)

The school format is available in two options: elementary school and full-service school (grades 1–11). Both options provide a full educational cycle, modern teaching methods, equipped classrooms, and support for opening in accordance with the requirements for general secondary education institutions.

The elementary school is designed for 48 children, requires an area of 300 m² and an investment of $50,000 with a payback period of about 2 years. The school for grades 1–11 is designed for 130 children, requires an area of 1,500 m² and an investment of $80,000 with a payback period of up to 4 years.

The lump sum contribution is $8,000 or $10,000, respectively, with a projected net monthly profit of $4,000 to $15,000.

  1. TOTOSHA Development Center

This is the most flexible and compact format — ideal for quickly entering the education business or supplementing existing educational infrastructure. The development center includes 2–5 classrooms, a team of 8–15 specialists, and work with 120–250 children.

This format has the lowest investment threshold — from $12,000 to $17,000, a premises area of 100 to 180 m², and a payback period of 1–2 years. The lump sum contribution is the same for all sub-formats — $5,000. Net profit at full capacity reaches $2,000–$4,000 per month.
