- Location near shopping malls, shops, fitness clubs, children’s rooms, and equipped playgrounds is a priority
- Availability of parking spaces near the premises
- Availability of a park/green area/quality children’s playground nearby
- Ability to organize barrier-free access for people with limited mobility
Premises:
- Non-residential premises on the 1st or 2nd floors of the building
- Optimal area of the premises: 80 m2, minimum – 60 m2
- Possibility of organizing 2 workrooms and a hall
- Lease agreement for 1 year with a possibility of extension (preferably 3 years)
