REBERNIA

“Rebernіa” is one of the most popular restaurant formats of the Lviv-based “Holding of Emotions !FEST”. Founded in 2016 in the heart of Lviv, on Pidvalna Street, Rebernіa Pid Arsenal (Rebernya under Arsenal) quickly became the hallmark of the holding due to its unique approach to serving dishes and democratic service format. The main emphasis of the restaurant is pork ribs according to an exclusive recipe cooked on an open fire, which are eaten with hands, without using cutlery, which adds a special flavor and authenticity.

The word “rebernіa” is a neologism coined by the founders of the holding — Andriy Khudo, Yuriy Nazaruk and Dmytro Gerasimov. This word has become so popular that it now refers to restaurants of different chains and owners, emphasizing the main product on the menu. The concept of democracy is reinforced by the fact that the dishes are eaten with hands, and the waiters use axes to cut the dishes right in front of the guests. For the convenience of visitors, aprons are provided, and paper tablecloths on the tables serve as a place to draw imaginary “utensils”.

Key financial terms of the partnership:

  • The partner pays a lump sum (one-time payment) in the amount of the equivalent of €90.000 as a fee for opening the venue

Location:

 Proper layout of the room, square or rectangle, preferably without level differences

  • The internal area of the premises is not less than 600 m2

  • Availability of sewage and water supply networks (the required amount for the operation of the establishment is 500-1000 m3/month, depending on the area and load of the establishment)

  • Availability of ventilation ducts and smoke exhaust shafts
  • Possibility to install barbecues with open fire
  • Air conditioning for grills: possibility to install an exhaust ventilation system with a capacity of 6000 m3/hour per grill

    possibility of installing a ventilation system for the trading floor and technical premises in accordance with SBC (state building codes)
