- The availability of parking or the possibility of organizing it is important
Premises
- Ground floor, commercial premises in a residential building
- It is desirable to create barrier-free access to the premises
- The optimal area of the premises is 220-250 m2, the minimum – from 140 m2
- Possibility to organize a warehouse within the main premises is required
- Lease agreement for 1 year with a possibility of extension (preferably 3 years)
