He gained his first practical skills in the Polish franchise project “ODIDO” (a project of MAKRO Cash and Carry Polska SA, more than 2,000 franchise stores) and the Ukrainian project “Shchedryi Koshyk” (a project of METRO Cash and Carry Ukraine, more than 80 franchise stores in the past). Subsequently, he joined the project teams for the development of METRO Cash and Carry franchises in Kazakhstan and russia (the Fasol project, more than 1,000 franchise stores). He was trained at the Franchising Academy by a leading Polish consulting company.
16 years of experience in various positions in the field of franchising (from a franchising specialist to a franchise director of a international company) in companies of various sizes (retail, b2b and b2c services, medicine, logistics, fashion, from 30 to 7,000 employees).
In his entrepreneurial career, he has worked his way up from a franchisee (buyer of the educational project franchise) to the founder and managing partner of an international franchise consulting company. He personally opened the company’s foreign offices in Wroclaw (Poland), Almaty (Kazakhstan), Bishkek (Kyrgyzstan), Minsk (Belarus).
Starting from 2009, he participated in the implementation of more than 350 franchise projects in more than 10 countries. Greetings! My name is Oleksandr Alieksieienko, and I am a franchise consultant for a number of Ukrainian and international companies.

In 2015, I founded my own consulting company, Franchise Capital. The project has managed to bring together a highly qualified group of experts from different countries and different business areas. Most of our consultants, in addition to consulting activities, have many years of experience as both franchisors and franchisees. Our team does not build bridges. We do not construct tall buildings and cannot boast of our own inventions in the field of science. Little of what we do [as consultants] is visible to the public. That is because our goal is to help our clients achieve business success by building and developing their franchise business as efficiently as possible.
